Shipping & Returns

At XLVIII & Co, we take our international shipments very seriously.

We provide shipping to over 120 countries via FedEx, UPS, & DHL with delivery confirmation and full insurance. International shipments are shipped with comprehensive insurance and appropriate value declaration. For specific shipping instructions, please contact us. Shipping to most countries worldwide takes 3-5 business days. All orders placed from outside the Netherlands are subject to extensive review and verification. Any order that is flagged as high risk will immediately be voided and refunded. A customer service representative may contact you for additional verification if necessary. We ask that you bear with us throughout the order verification process as we strive to protect the safety and security of all shipments and their respective buyers.

XLVII & Co reserves the right to cancel shipment of any order that seems suspicious or of high-risk potential.

International Duties and Taxes

Your country’s customs office may impose import duties or taxes on any incoming international shipment. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and vary on average between 10%-21% of the total declared value. Your customs office may contact you to remit payment after you receive your package. In some instances, the delivery service will pay these import fees ahead of time for you, and will contact you once the package has cleared customs to remit payment for these duties.

International Return Policy

International returns are protected under our 14-Day Return Policy. Please follow the procedures listed in our Return Policy. Please be advised that all international returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

At XLVII & Co we accept a variety of payment methods. Regardless of your payment method, all orders take generally 1-2 business day to process and ship. In an effort to maintain 100% secure transactions while verifying legitimacy of all orders, all credit card transactions are subject to an extensive review.

14 Day Returns

Our 14-day return policy allows you plenty of time to consider your purchase. With such a time frame in place, you can rest assured knowing you have made the right choice. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 14 days of receiving your item, you may return your item to XLVIII & Co. for an exchange or a refund. Unlike most competitors, we do not charge a restocking fee and provide a full refund.

Return Policy Guidelines:

  1. To initiate a return, customers MUST contact our returns department to receive a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Packages sent back to XLVIII & Co without a return authorization number present on the outer packaging will be refused upon arrival.
  3. Jewelry Items may only be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Watches have a 4 day return policy.
  4. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Inspection Team. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way, are not eligible for a return.
  5. Custom orders are non-refundable. In an effort to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, all specifications and details regarding custom orders are discussed prior to production.
  6. Any item that is engraved is non-refundable.
  7. Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for return without the original tag intact.  
  8. Mens eternity band sizes are not refundable if greater than size 10, or less than size 8. This only applies to rings with diamonds going all the way around.
  9. All 18K Gold chains are made to order and are non-refundable. 
  10. Diamond chains under 20 inches and over 24 inches non-refundable.
  11. Tennis bracelets under 7 inches and over 8.5 inches non-refundable.
  12. Obtain a Return Authorization Number. contact us at (+31 6 38326557 / +31 6 17331632) in order to be issued a return authorization number. You must write this Return Number clearly on the package before sending it out to us. Please note that any package sent without a Return Authorization Number written out on the outer box, will be not be accepted.
  13. Package Your Return. Please make sure to include all original packaging as well as any other material, which was sent to you.
  14. Ship and Insure Your Package
